如是我聞一時，聖教宗主 混元禪師於戊戌年四月十九日，在八卦聖城 唯心聖教學院開示唯心道藏之法脈真實義曰：
Thus have I heard and handed down.At that time, on April 19, 2018 (lunar new year), the founder of Taiwan Weixin Shengjiao,Grand Master Hun-yuan in BaGua Holy Town, the Weixin Shengjiao College, stated the religious identity of Taiwan Weixin Shengjiao Weixin DaoZang is originated from.
道藏之法源是中華古文明七千三百五十年前伏羲氏祖一劃開天再畫闢地，人立其中萬法生成，天地立宗聖人立教之天人共同智慧—易經、風水與宗教，三才一以貫之熔為一爐，普利人天，凡是天人有天命降凡世間修行找到安心的法門唯一明燈—唯心道藏。
DaoZang originated from Chinese ancestor Fuxi, has spread for seven-thousand three-hundred fifty years since Fuxi invented Bagua, in which he names the first draw as the Heaven and second as the Earth and positions human in between. Therefore, countless principles have generated. Thus, the Heaven and the Earth create the world (Tzong宗), whereas the sage establish religions (Jiao教). The practice of the subtle truth and approach indicated I-Ching, Feng-Shui, and religious thoughts to make Human, Heaven, and Earth merge as one union. Taiwan Weixin DaoZang, is not only a beacon but also a lighthouse for benefits of helping those human beings who knew the decrees of the Heaven to rotate whole world peace with blessing wheels and to study the laws of the Heaven and to foster humanistic thoughts.
